A meeting of the Berlin Board of Education was held in the Office of the Superintendent beginning at 12:00 p.m. Present for the meeting were, Nicole Plourde, Martha Laflamme, Linda Pivin, Bryan Lamirande, and Marion Huntley. The meeting was called to order at 12:05 p.m.
WARRANTS On a motion by Martha Laflamme, seconded by Linda Pivin, the Board voted to approve the warrants dated June 30, and July 1, 2010 for the amounts of $235,794.41 and $210,512.57. On a roll call vote all members voted in the affirmative.
COMMENTS The option of vehicle rental in lieu of mileage reimbursement was mentioned.
ADJOURN On a motion Linda Pivin, seconded by Martha Laflamme, the Board voted to adjourn it’s meeting at 12:20 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
